Job Title: Software test Consultant

Location: Hybrid

Salary: Competitive (Full-Time)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly analytical, motivated self-learner to learn leading edge technologies on AI and cloud computing technologies. This position is to automate the testing process, software testing of products and prototypes that will initially be in house. We are working on to deliver a technical solution in the healthcare market. As a technical test consultant, you will conduct deep-dive competitor analysis, gather end-user insights and identify the opportunity to test the built prototypes using AI and cloud related technologies. It would be a bonus to have experience in any Compliance Framework and market analysis.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

AI Powered projects:

You will be working on AI and Cloud computing related projects. As AI has been evolving would like to focus on the key areas where AI can be intensively used to capture that portion of the market. We are working on few projects to build from the scratch using AI and Cloud computing technologies. Candidate we are looking to hire will be working on testing the projects and automate the process using Python/AI and cloud computing technologies.

Compliance Framework

Monitor and forecast trends within healthcare regulatory frameworks. Build Analytics dashboards for healthcare operations. Cloud hosting, configuration, and compliance monitoring. Advanced compliance reporting and data insights using SAS or related BI technology. Conduct comprehensive analysis of competitor’s compliance software to ensure our solution maintains a competitive edge and follows industry best practices.

Data Analysis & Project Lifecycle Support

Work within the Zoho environment to document project and test lifecycles, ensuring research findings, test evidence are captured and are integrated into delivery timelines. Analyse data to provide actionable insights for the development of analytics dashboards. Identify bugs, and raise tickets in JIRA. Ensure all data collection and market research activities strictly adhere to GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act. It would be bonus to have advanced excel skills and SQL.

User Requirements and Product Refinement

Liaise directly with the clients to capture operational requirements and translate them into requirements.

Gather feedback from end-users to drive the refinement of User Experience (UX) and the usability of products and Analytics dashboards. Identify "unmet needs" and document for the build team to incorporate the changes to iterate the testing process until the requirements are met and deliver practical and compliant solutions.

Candidate Requirements

·Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

·Technical Expertise:

A Software Testing Consultant analyses, designs, and executes advanced manual and automated test strategies to ensure high-quality software, often advising clients on process improvements.Proficiency in data analytics (Excel, SQL) and CRM platforms (Zoho). Basic understanding of AI and cloud computing is essential. Candidate will be trained if required. Experience in technical documentation is essential. It would be nice to have Python skills and SAS. Clear understanding of testing life cycle and prepare test documents to evidence the requirements were met.

Proficiency in testing scripting languages and API testing. Present test results, metrics, and quality dashboards to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·Domain Knowledge:

Nice to have understanding of UK healthcare regulations, financial industry and Compliance framework

·Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative research and be able to leverage technical skills in building automated solution for the customers. Strong problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of defects.

·Communication:

Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers of multiple domains at different levels
